Who may use it?

Low-income children under 18 at risk of missing meals, including preschool/out-of-school children; guidance includes high-school students aged 18+.

Age alone is insufficient; the office assesses meal risk and household conditions.

Costs

KRW 10,000 for one meal daily, including lunch on term-time weekends/public holidays and school breaks.

When can I use it?

Ongoing applications at community centers; confirm opening hours.

What happens afterward

After approval, confirm group meals at a community child center or meal-card arrangements.
